WordPress
On login, WordPress uses the wordpress_[hash] cookie to store your authentication details. Its use is limited to the admin console area. After login, WordPress sets the wordpress_logged_in_[hash] cookie, which indicates when you’re logged in, and who you are, for most interface use. WordPress also sets a few wp-settings-{time}-[UID] cookies. The number on end is your individual user ID from the user’s database table. This is used to customize your view of admin interface, and possibly also the main site interface.

Commenters
When visitors comment on your blog, they too get cookies stored on their computer. This is purely a convenience so that the visitor won’t need to re-type all their information again when they want to leave another comment. Three cookies are set for commenters:

We use service of OneSignal, 2194 Esperanca Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95054 to send push notifications. OneSignal’s privacy policy can be found here.
You can deactivate the push notifications at any time in the settings of your browser or device.
In order to provide push notifications, it is necessary that an anonymized ID is transmitted to OneSignal’s server. The transmitted ID does not allow conclusions by OneSignal on the person.

- Tap Advertising and turn on Limit Ad Tracking
On your Android (versions 2.2 and up) and Google Play Services (versions 4.0 and up):

How to access cookie files?
You can control and/or choose to delete cookie files in your browser any time. You can delete all cookie files stored on your computer, and most of the browsers have an option not to store cookies at all in their settings panel.
